Harold Hughes, 總裁兼執行長

Harold Hughes 在 Rambus 董事會任職進兩年後，加入 Rambus。作為執行長，Hughes 制定了公司發展遠景並展現了推動公司業務發展的領導才能。加入 Rambus 之前，Hughes 任英特爾公司與 SAP 合資企業 Pandesic LLC 之董事長兼執行長。在 1974 年加入英特爾公司開始個人職業之前，他是一名美國陸軍軍官。Hughes 先生在英特爾公司工作了 23 年，他先後擔任了一系列重要職位，如司庫、英特爾公司風險投資部主管、財務長及規劃和物流主管。Hughes 先生擁有威斯康星大學的學士學位及密西根大學工商管理碩士學位。

Kevin Donnelly, 工程部高級副總裁

Sharon Holt, 全球銷售、授權與行銷高級副總裁

Sharon Holt 現任全球銷售、授權與行銷高級副總裁，負責為 Rambus 在全球發展主要合作關係並尋找新的商業機會，以促進收入增長。在 2004 年加入 Rambus 之前，Holt 女士長期為 HP/安捷倫公司工作，離職前擔任安捷倫科技公司半導體產品集團美洲運營部副總裁和總經理。Holt 女士的職業生涯從擔任 HP 的應用程式工程師開始，後來進入銷售和行銷部門擔任各種角色，包括戰略性 OEM 客戶的分銷管理和全球銷售管理職位。Holt 女士畢業於美國弗吉尼亞綜合理工州立大學，並取得了電機工程學位。

Thomas Lavelle, Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Tom Lavelle, senior vice president and general counsel, is responsible for the overall legal direction of the Company, including securities, compliance, intellectual property, and litigation. Mr. Lavelle served as vice president and general counsel at Xilinx, one of the world’s leading suppliers of programmable chips, where he oversaw all legal matters. Mr. Lavelle joined Xilinx in 1999 after spending more than 15 years at Intel Corporation where he held various positions in the legal department. Mr. Lavelle earned his J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Satish Rishi, 高級副總裁兼財務長

Satish Rishi 於 2006 年 4 月加入 Rambus，擔任高級財務副總裁兼財務長。Rishi 負責公司的整體財務方向。加入 Rambus 之前，Rishi 先生是世界領先的光罩供應商凸版光罩有限公司的執行財務副總裁兼財務長。在 20 年的職業生涯中，Rishi 先生曾在多個半導體和電子製造公司擔任高級財務管理職位。他曾擔任戴爾股份有限公司副總裁和助理司庫。之前，Rishi 先生在英特爾公司工作了 13 年，並先後在美國及海外擔任各種財務管理職位，包括助理司庫。Rishi 擁有印度德里大學機械工程榮譽學士學位和加州大學柏克萊漢斯商學院工商管理碩士學位

Michael Schroeder, 人力資源副總裁

Michael Schroeder 於 2004 年 6 月 加入 Rambus，任人力資源副總裁。Schroeder 先生負責推廣開放和協作的企業文化，以及領導公司員工實施薪酬戰略，將個人目標與公司目標相互結合。加入 Rambus 之前，Schroeder 先生在 Digital Think 任人力資源副總裁，之前則在新思科技公司擔任過多個職位，離職前 Schroeder 先生是業務部門人力資源副總裁。Schroeder 先生還曾在 Alphabox Corporation 和蘋果電腦公司擔任人力資源職位。Schroeder 曾在威斯康星 - 密爾沃基大學學習俄語。

Martin Scott, Ph.D., Senior Vice President, Engineering

Martin Scott, senior vice president, Engineering, is responsible for the development and deployment of Rambus’ high-speed architectures. Dr. Scott joined Rambus from PMC-Sierra where he was most recently Vice President and General Manager of its Microprocessor Division. While at PMC-Sierra, he was instrumental in managing the integration of the I/O Solutions Division acquired from Avago Technologies. Prior to PMC-Sierra, Dr. Scott was the Vice President and General Manager for I/O Solutions at Agilent Technologies. Dr. Scott started his career in 1981 as a member of the technical staff at Hewlett Packard Laboratories before holding various management positions at HP and being appointed ASIC Business Unit Manager in 1998.He earned his Bachelor’s degree at Rice University and holds both a Master’s degree and Ph.D. from Stanford University.
